Mr. Novara has the responsibility of analyzing the private equity funds in the Conversus portfolio. Prior to joining Conversus Asset Management in 2007, Mr. Novara was an analyst in National City's Private Client Group in the Equity Research department, where he began his career. Mr. Novara holds a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University and is a CFA charterholder. Mr. Novara is currently pursuing an M.B.A. degree at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
