Mr. Ewald is the General Counsel of Conversus Asset Management. His responsibilities include oversight and management of legal matters of the investment manager. Prior to joining Conversus, he was a Partner in the law firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, where he was a member of the Corporate Department and Securities Department. His practice has focused on all aspects of private equity investing. Mr. Ewald received his B.A. from The Colorado College and a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law.
