Monthly Reporting

  • The total value of investments
  • Update on investment activities
  • Disclosure of total common units outstanding
  • Published no later than 10th calendar day of each month

Quarterly Statements

  • Unaudited quarterly financial statements (Prepared in accordance with US GAAP)
  • Full financial statements with footnotes and management discussion and analysis
  • Published within 9 weeks after the end of each of the first three quarters of the year (31 March, 30 June, 30 September)

Annual Statements

  • Audited annual financial statements (Prepared in accordance with US GAAP)
  • Full financial statements with footnotes and management discussion and analysis
  • Published within 4 months after the end of the year (31 December)
